PERFUMEE – Returns & Refund Policy
At PERFUMEE, we take great care to ensure every fragrance is delivered in perfect condition.
Because perfumes are sensitive, personal-use items, returns must follow strict hygiene and quality rules.
Please read the policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
After 7 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Perfumes Only)
To be eligible for a return:
- The perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The outer box, cellophane wrap, and product label must be in new condition, without damage.
- A valid receipt or order number must be provided.
We cannot accept opened or tested fragrances under any circumstances.
3. Non-Returnable Perfume Items
Due to UAE hygiene regulations and product integrity rules, the following cannot be returned:
❌ Perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, or tested
❌ Perfumes with seals removed or damaged
❌ Items without original packaging
❌ Free gifts or promotional items
❌ Any perfume returned after 7 days
❌ Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
4. Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us at info@perfumee.ae
- Provide:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Clear photos/videos (if item arrived damaged or wrong)
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
⚠️ Do not send your product back without contacting us first.
5. Refunds (Perfumes Only)
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email.
- We will inform you if the return is approved or rejected.
- If approved, a refund will be issued via the original payment method only.
Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Perfume Delivered
If you receive:
- a damaged bottle,
- a leaking bottle,
- the wrong fragrance, or
- a defective product,
you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
PERFUMEE will replace the item free of charge, or offer a refund if replacement is unavailable.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- ✔ If the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect — PERFUMEE covers the return shipping.
- ✔ If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind — customer pays return shipping.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of PERFUMEE error.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipping only.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
You may request a return following the conditions above.
9. Important Notes for Fragrances
- Perfumes are regulated as hygiene & personal-use products.
- Opened or tested items cannot be resold, therefore cannot be returned.
- PERFUMEE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
